What is your favorite social channel?

Twitter! (what’s X?) I’ve been there since 2007. It’s the Chilean seismograph. If you feel something, you go there and check; better than the news. Also Discogs, but we’re all snobs there.  

What is a KPI that matters?

The one that impacts your business objectives the most. It all depends on the strategy and specific businesses and industries. Tailoring is the key. 

Why do you love social?

Because it’s a thermometer of society and I had the privilege to see it develop and grow.

What do you do for fun?

I love to spend time with my friends hanging out, trying new restaurants, practicing with my band, going to shows and learning new languages. Also, watching alien documentaries and enjoying my tinfoil crown of weirdness.
