Describe yourself in 280 characters or less: I'm an old soul. I do my best to keep up with what the cool kids are up to, but I’m still waiting for a time machine. I can and will incorporate The Beatles into each and every conversation I have. My record collection has outgrown my shelves. If there is a dog, I’m petting it.

KPI that matters: There are many that do, but one I feel strongly about is engagement (likes/reactions/shares/comments) - there are many ways to engage with online communities as a brand and it's never been easier to get to the root of what people love about your brand, what they want to see more of, and how you can further grow an online community by engaging on a consistent basis and analyzing what works based on the many incredible metrics available. Plus, it's fun!
Why I love social: It's a unique opportunity to create a community between any and all aspects of a business, its mission, its employees, customers, potential customers, and beyond. The possibilities are endless with the amount of platforms and the various purposes they serve, and there is virtually no limit on creativity in the social space!
What do you do for fun: I love going to concerts, collecting records, going to races, reading, visiting new coffee shops, and playing with my dog!
