What is your favorite social channel? Reddit. You can always find an honest conversation in niche communities about products, services, or experiences, and every so often you stumble on answers you wouldn’t find anywhere else.

What is a KPI that matters? Capacity and billable utilization. I focus on how well we’re using our team’s time and where we have room to grow. It’s about keeping projects profitable, planning ahead for new work, and making sure we can scale without stretching people too thin.

Why do you love social? It helps me keep up with what my friends and family are into. Sharing reels and TikToks has become its own kind of language, and sometimes you come across something that hits because it’s exactly what you’ve been thinking or feeling too.

What do you do for fun? I play music with friends, try out new recipes for dinner and dessert (some wins, some disasters), and go on long walks or bike rides with my wife, kids, and our dog Butters, who usually insists on leading the way.
