What You’ll Do

  • You’ll develop and manage content plans and editorial calendars for organic social.
  • You’ll lead monthly content planning brainstorming sessions with our team – copywriters, creative pros, and strategists.
  • You’ll plan content informed by client priorities and KPIs, trends, social listening, and data-based insights — taking into account the need for variety in content across all channels ( Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms).
  • You’ll review and proofread the copy.
  • You’ll schedule content to client social channels via Sprout Social. 
  • You’ll create basic assets within Canva and work with the creative team on visual edits.
  • You’ll work in tandem with the account managers/strategists to pull and analyze data / reporting across all channels on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Analysis will include content format and channel testing recommendations.
  • You’ll conduct content format, competitor, and industry research, and make recommendations based on discovery.
  • You’ll manage one employee.
